  • 1 can (8 oz) Tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder ; more or less to taste
  • 1 teaspoon table salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 15.5-oz can kidney beans ; drained and rinsed
