Wren fed me this. It was delicious.
Ingredients
- 32oz containter of chicken stock
- 22oz beer of your choice (I used Bud Heavy last night, which was okay. I've used PBR and Miller High Life in the past. The beer's flavor does come through.)
- approx 2 tbsp of garlic powder
- like 20 to 30 squirts from a bottle of hot sauce
- 2 bunches of collard greens
- Then one or the other of
- ½ stick of butter
- 4 slices of bacon
- Black pepper to taste
