  • ¼ cup (60ml) sunflower oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 bunches broccolini, cut into thirds
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red capsicum, thinly sliced
