Instant Pot Jiffy Corn Bread
Ingredients
  • 1 scrambled egg
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, or to taste
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 box of jive ready-to-mix corn bread

  • Mix all ingredients well either by hand, electric or hand whisk
  • Wipe a dish suitable for a 6qt Instant Pot with melted butter and add the mixture to it
  • Cover the plate with aluminum
  • Add 1 cup of water to the pot
  • Put the trivet and then put the dish
  • Make sure the plastic ring is in its place and the knob on sealing position
  • Close and press for 35 minutes and after the time finish wait 15 to 18 minutes and then release the remaining pressure
  • Remove the dish from the pot, pass a knife along the edges of the cake so that it is easy to come out, and flip it onto a serving plate.
