Cauliflower hash brown

Ingredients
  • 1 package frozen riced  cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp  minced ONION
  • 1 egg
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp  pepper
  • 2 Tbsp  ghee
Steps
  1. 1. Cook cauliflower to directions on package.
  2. 2. Squeeze out excess moisture using paper towels. Place in mixing bowl.
  3. 3. Add remaining ingredients and combine,

  5. Melt half the ghee over medium high heat.  Form 3 mounds of cauliflower mixture and place in hot pan. Fry 2 to 3 mins then flip cook till hash is brown and crispy. Repeat with remaining mixture to make 6 in all.
  6. Oven method
  7. Pre heat oven to 400°
  8. Form all cauliflower mixture into 6 oval shaped hash browns and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
  9. Place on middle rack of oven. Cook for 15 to 20 mins. Cool for 10 mins.
