Zucchini Koftas with Harissa Yoghurt

  • sunflower oil, for shallow-frying
  • lemon wedges, to serve

  • 2 teaspoons harissa paste, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • ½ cup (140g) greek yoghurt
