Ingredients
  • 6 oz unsweetened nut milk (unsweetened almond, cashew or coconut milk)
  • 6 oz water
  • 3/4 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/3 tsp THM Super Sweet Blend (1/3-1/2 teaspoon)
  • 2 generous pinches mineral salt
  • 1 tsp extra virgin coconut oil (a good rounded teaspoon; for a FP version use 1/2 tsp of coconut oil)
  • 1 tsp THM Pristine Protein Powder (for a DF version use 1 tsp of THM Integral Collagen)
