Prune Cookies aka 'Constipation Cookies'
Ingredients
  • 150g prunes
  • 200ml water
  • 150g wholewheat flour
  • 150g rolled or steel cut oats
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup (you can substitute with honey for over 1yr olds)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 or 3 drops of vanilla essence
  • ½tsp cinnamon
