Parmesan Crusted Chicken Caesar Salad Sub
Ingredients
  • seasoned bread crumbs
  • flour
  • eggs
  • chicken breast cutlet, sliced thin or pounded down thin
  • frying oil
  • butter
  • romaine lettuce
  • shredded parmesan cheese
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • ground black pepper
  • caesar dressing
  • sub roll
  • butter
  • olive oil
  • oregano
  • garlic powder
Steps
  1. On one plate add half seasoned breadcrumbs and half shredded and grated parmesan cheese
  2. One plate of flour
  3. A couple whisked eggs
  4. Season your flour and breadcrumbs with some poultry seasoning and lemon pepper
  5. Coat your chicken in the flour, egg, then breadcrumbs
  6. Fry with oil and a couple tablespoons of butter for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until crispy light brown
  7. Chop up some romaine lettuce
  8. Add shredded parmesan, lots of fresh ground black pepper and your favorite Caesar dressing
  9. To the bread, I melt butter, then add olive oil, black pepper, grated parmesan, oregano and garlic powder; brush it all inside the roll and on the outside
  10. Warm roll on 350° for 5 minutes
  11. Add the cutlets to the bread, then your caesar salad on top
  12. Enjoy!
