Healthier Loaded Apple & Spice Muffins
Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cups apple purée
  • 2 free range eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup skim milk
  • 2 tbs maple syrup
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 tbs baking powder
  • ¾ cup Woolworths traditional rolled oats
  • 2 ¼ tsp mixed spice
  • 2 small Pink Lady apples
  • ½ cup Greek-style natural yoghurt
