30-Minute Ginger Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups snow peas (about 3 ounces)
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger (1-inch piece)
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (2 to 3 large cloves)
  • Handful fresh basil leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime, plus extra lime wedges for serving

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup water or chicken stock
  • 1 ½ teaspoons cornstarch

  • ½ to 1 teaspoon Sriracha hot sauce, depending on how spicy you like things
