Dump Cake (Paleo/Gluten Free) by Back Porch Paleo

  • ¼ cup   Granulated White Sugar, can sub maple sugar for Paleo
  • 3 Tbsp   Otto’s Naturals Non-GMO Cassava Flour
  • 1 whole   Lime Juice
  • ⅛ tsp   Redmond Real Salt
  • 20 oz   Canned Crushed Pineapple, the packed in juice only variety is best here
  • 1 whole   Legit Bread Company Out-Of-The-Box Vanilla Cake Mix
  • ½ - .75 cup   Ghee, melted, see note below, can sub butter
  • ½ cup   Pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp   Coconut Sugar, optioanal
  • optional drizzle
  • ½ cup   Powdered Sugar, can sub maple powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp   Milk, or milk of choice
  • 1 to 2 tsp   Mint Leaves, finely chopped
