Ingredients
  • subheading: Pasta Salad:
  • 1 box of DREAMFIELDS pasta (penne, macaroni, rigatoni)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper (or peppers of your choice)
  • 3 celery stalks cleaned and chopped
  • 2 green onion sticks chopped
  • 4 boiled eggs chopped
  • 1 cup of Cathy Kane’s Ranch Dressing
  •  
  • Cathy Kane’s Ranch Dressing (I was able to get her approval to post this wonderful dressing and I will post my additions to make it Trim Healthy Mama)
  • 2 cups of Hellman’s Real Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup of butter milk (I used 1 cup of half & half or heavy whipping cream & 2 tbsp. of vinegar to make it like buttermilk)
  • 2 tbsp. of parmesan cheese (I might have added about 1 tbsp. more )
  • 2 tsp. of dried parsley
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ½ tsp of onion powder
  • ¼ tsp of pepper (I also added a pinch of salt)
  • Whisk this all together and refrigerate! SOOOOOOOOO GOOD and I so appreciate her sharing this recipe with me!!
