Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, (sliced)
  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds, (optional)
  • 1 ½ tbsp ground flax seed, (optional)

  • 3 cups raw baby spinach
  • 3 cups raw kale, (stems removed)
  • 6 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 large banana, (sliced)
  • 3 clementines, (or 1 cup pineapple chunks)
  • 1 whole mango, (cubed - approximately 1 cup)
  • 6 tbsp shredded coconut, (optional)

  • ½ to 1 cup milk of choice or juice of choice
