Ingredients
  • subheading: Cake ingredients:
  • 1&½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1& ½ tsp lemon flavor, (I use watkins)

  • In a small bowl mix together the first four ingredients,
  • In a medium bowl cream the  butter and sugar until fluffy, about 5 minutes, add the eggs in one at a time to the creamed butter the add in the milk, water and lemon flavor to the creamed butter mixture until just combined. Add the dry ingredients and beat until creamy.
  • Divide the mixture between two prepared cake pans. Bake at 350 for about 22 to 25 minutes or until tooth pick come out clean.
  • I prepared my cake pans with butter and a light dusting of baking powder.

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • Powdered sugar of choice, amount to your liking
  • 1 tsp lemon flavor
