Slow Cooker Lamb Curry
Ingredients
  • 1 kg leg of lamb on the bone cut to bite size pieces or 6 lamb steaks, cubed (I used ready diced lamb from the supermarket)
  • 3 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
  • 2″ piece of ginger, roughly chopped
  • 10 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 2 red onions, thinly sliced
  • Pinch chilli flakes or more depending on your taste
  • 2 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp black pepper coarsely crushed
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • Pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Small handful chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
