Ingredients
  • -1 cup coconut flour
  • -2 tbsp psyllium husk
  • -½ cup Parmesan cheese.
  • -½ cup avacado oil.
  • -pinch salt.
  • -1 tbsp garlic powder, Italian seasoning or whatever seasoni g you want.
  • -2 cups boiling water, however may need to add more to combine.
Steps
  1. 1. Mix dry ingredients
  2. 2. Add oil and combine.
  3. 3. Add water and combine, add extra water as needed to completely mix together.
  4. 4. Spread out thin on parchment paper to desired side. (Full pizza tray)
  5. 5. Preheat oven to 375.
  6. 6. Out in oven for 15 to 20mins, may need to flip and go back in oven to brown other side.
  7. 7. Remove to cooling rack.
