Hamburger Stroganoff
Ingredients
  • ½ c. minced onion (I used dry)
  • 2 clove garlic, minced (I used dried garlic powder)
  • 1# ground beef
  • 1 t. salt
  • ¼ t. pepper
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom (I used cream of chicken)
  • 1 T. flour
  • 3 c. beef broth
  • 3 c. egg noodles
  • 1 c. sour cream
Steps
  1. Spray Instant Pot interior with cooking spray, set to saute.
  2. Brown ground beef, onion, garlic.
  3. After beef is browned, stir in flour. Add broth, soup, salt & pepper. Mix. Add noodles.
  4. Place lid on pot, set to high pressure for 8 minutes.
  5. After done, let pressure naturally release for about 5 minutes, then change to quick release.
  6. Stir in sour cream until combined.
  7. Make a nice salad to go with it, and you've got a great meal! Enjoy!
