Ingredients
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 diced jalapeno pepper or 7 guero peppers
  • 1 T garlic
  • 1 28 ounce can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 4 mashed avocados
  • Lime juice
Steps
  1. Blend all ingredients except avocado
  2. Simmer for 10 minutes
  3. Add smashed avocqdo
  4. Freeze in half cup containers
