  • 2 ounces unbleached all-purpose flour (about 6 Tbsp.)
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg white
  • 5 tablespoons canola oil, divided
  • ¾ cup light sour cream
  • 1 ½ tablespoons minced fresh dill
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons prepared white horseradish
