Ingredients
  • kyndraholley  I’ve been eating these #whole30 scallops on repeat. I thoroughly dry the scallops, season them generously with sea salt and then pan sear them in olive oil. I remove the cooked scallops from pan and add full fat coconut milk, pesto, extra garlic, nutritional yeast, and cracked black pepper. Then I use a rubber spatula to scrape up and mix in any delicious bits stuck to the bottom of the pan. I let the sauce simmer until it thickens and then add the scallops back to the sauce. DELISH!!
