  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice about ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. water
  • ½ tbsp. sriracha
  • ½ tbsp. maple syrup
  • subheading: For the Bowls:
  • 6 cups salad greens of choice
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 2 scallions chopped
