Grilled Chicken with Greek Yogurt Marinade

Ingredients
- 2½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thighs, legs or wings; cut into 1½-inch cubes if using for skewers
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 2½ Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
- Fresh ground Pepper
- 2½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thighs, legs or wings; cut into 1½-inch cubes if using for skewers
Steps
- Combine the yogurt, garlic, olive oil, Garam Masala, lemon juice, Ginger & pepper in a re-sealable plastic bag.
- Add chicken and be sure it is completely covered by marinade.
- Lay flat in refrigerator for 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.
- Can also use a Foodsaver Marinade container to marinate under vacuum pressure!
- Cook Chicken on grill or pan over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through!
Notes
- Serve with Instant Pot Saffron Basmati or Jasmine Rice and Garlic-Yogurt Sauce
