Ingredients
  • 1.5kg Piece of Corned Silverside (available at all supermarkets)
  • 2 Medium Brown Onions, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 Large Carrot, roughly chopped
  • 5 Bay Leaves, fresh or dried
  • 6 Garlic Cloves, peeled and halved
  • 10 Cloves
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 12 cup Vinegar (any vinegar will do but I like Malt Vinegar)
  • Salt & Pepper to Season
