Meatloaf

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In medium bowl mix together milk, egg, hoisin and soy sauce. Add salt and pepper as desired.
  3. Add bread crumbs to the mix and let soak for a minute or two.
  4. In large bowl knead together ground beef and bread crumb mix.
  5. Shape meat into a loaf and place in pan. I use a bread loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 400 and bake an additional 15 minutes or until loaf reaches 160° F.
