Instant Pot Sausage Gravy
~Recipe by Carlee Parke Hawkins
- 4 slices diced bacon
- 2 lbs ground sausage
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup flour
- 6 cups milk
- Salt, black pepper and dried basil to taste
- Brown bacon and sausage on sauté function.
- Add chicken stock and set for 5 minutes on high. Quick release.
- Mix flour and milk, add to meat.
- Add seasoning and cook on sauté until thick.
- Serve over biscuits.
- Throw your hands up and rejoice in the awesomeness.
