Instant Pot Sausage Gravy
  • 4 slices diced bacon
  • 2 lbs ground sausage
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup flour
  • 6 cups milk
  • Salt, black pepper and dried basil to taste
  1. Brown bacon and sausage on sauté function.
  2. Add chicken stock and set for 5 minutes on high. Quick release.
  3. Mix flour and milk, add to meat.
  4. Add seasoning and cook on sauté until thick.
  5. Serve over biscuits.
  6. Throw your hands up and rejoice in the awesomeness.
