Ingredients
  • 2 tsp Lemon
  • 1 Tbsp ginger juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne powder
  • water
Steps
  1. Add all ingredients in a glass measuring cup and top with water. Mix well and freeze in trays
  2. add 1 cube to 8 to 16 oz of hot water first thing in the morning. Stir and drink
