3/4 cup corn meal PLUS 3 tablespoons corn meal ¾ cup corn meal PLUS 3 tablespoons corn meal
1 tablespoon baking powder 1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon salt

Pre-heat oven to 400º, Combine all ingredients until moist. Pour into muffin cups sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Oil about ¾ full. Bake 15 minutes. Makes 12 muffins
