  • 200ml water
  • ¾ tsp olive oil
  • ¼ small brown onion, finely diced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • ¼ tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp dried coriander
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 pinch dried chilli flakes
  • 80g tinned crushed tomatoes
  • 100ml salt-reduced vegetable stock
  • 80g cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 150g tinned chickpeas, drained, rinsed
  • 20g frozen peas
  • salt, to taste
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 ⅓ Tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
