  • 24 ounce mozzarella cheese, freshly shredded (can use more cheese)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 28 ounce can diced tomatoes, do not drain
  • 1½ tsp oregano
  • 1½ tsp basil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
