Vegan Mushroom Risotto

  • 5 to 5½ cups vegetable stock
  • ¼ cup dry white wine*

  • 2 to 4 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups frozen peas
  • Sea Salt + Pepper to taste
