  • 1 tbsp. Black strap Molasses or Yacon Syrup
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • Frosting-
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Powdered Low Carb Sweetener
  • ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp. Almond Milk
