Red Lentil Curry with Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients

  • ½ tsp Paprika

  • Optional: 1 tsp Chili Powder, or to taste

  • 2 cups Red Lentils (not cooked)
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cups Frozen Peas
  • 2 cans Chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Tomato Sauce or Tomato Puree
  • 2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1.5 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Tamari
  • 2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper
