Bun Thit Nuong (Vietnamese Grilled Pork with Vermicelli)

  • 2 tbs sesame toasted

  • 1 bunch fresh herbs mint, perilla, basil, etc
  • 1 cucumber diced matchstick size
  • 1 head lettuce thinly chopped
  • ¼ cup peanuts roasted and coarsely crushed
  • 2 tbsp scallion oil see notes
  • ½ cup nuoc cham
