Ingredients
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder or 1 clove garlic
- 1- 14 ½ oz. can chicken broth
- 2 to 14 ½ Italian style chopped tomatoes
- 1- 15 oz. can white beans
- ¼ tsp oregano
- ⅛ tsp crushed red pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp crushed fennel seeds
- ¼ tsp coarsely ground black pepper
- ½ box small pasta (Shells or macaroni)
Steps
- Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic until cooked.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes until pasta is tender.
