Patatas a La Riojana (Potatoes Rioja-Style with Chorizo)
Ingredients

  • 7 ounces Spanish chorizo cut into ½ inch slices
  • ½ pound Yukon Gold potatoes peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks
  • 1 ½ to 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon pimentón Spanish sweet paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons salt
  • 1 bay leaf
