Vanilla Almond Overnight Oats
Ingredients
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Tiny bit of almond extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredients except oats in a small container - stir to combine
  2. Add oats, gently stir and make sure all are fully submerged
  3. Cover and place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight
  4. Top with banana, berries, granola etc.
