  • Optional: ¼ cup pecans ¼ cup walnuts pecans or walnuts for top of frosting
  • Optional: ⅓ cup raisins

  • 5 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup confectioners sugar
  • ⅓ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons of RumChata
