PB banana muffins
Healthy cookies

Ingredients
  • 3 bananas, mashed
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbs maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 tbs coconut flour
  • 2 scoops collagen peptides (or swap for 1 extra tbs coconut flour).
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Steps
  1. Heat oven to 350. Grease muffin tin with coconut oil (or use liners). Using mixer, combine wet ingredients. Add in dry ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips.
  2. Scoop batter into tins, almost to the top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out with a few wet crumbs. Let cool and DEVOUR.
