  • ⅓ cup (59g) ghee, melted and divided, plus more for serving
  • 1 ½ cups (340g) water
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 1 cup (60g) cilantro, leaves and tender stems, minced
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder* (bhuna jeera)
  • neutral oil or melted ghee, for cooking
