Foo chew red yeast wine

  • 1 kg glutinous rice
  • 500 gm red yeast
  • 3 wine cake 酒饼
  • Wash the glutinous rice and cook it.
  • Once cooked, leave it to cool.
  • Smash or pound the wine cake into small pcs or powder form.
  • Take out the impurities from the red yeast. Remember don't wash the red yeast.
  • Once the cooked glutinous rice is cooled divide the rice into 4 portions.
  • Put the 1st portion of the glutinous rice into a very CLEAN and DRY glass container.
