Foo chew red yeast wine

1 kg glutinous rice

500 gm red yeast

3 wine cake 酒饼

Wash the glutinous rice and cook it.

Once cooked, leave it to cool.

Smash or pound the wine cake into small pcs or powder form.

Take out the impurities from the red yeast. Remember don't wash the red yeast.

Once the cooked glutinous rice is cooled divide the rice into 4 portions.

Put the 1st portion of the glutinous rice into a very CLEAN and DRY glass container.
