Pork bake
Ingredients
  • It's just coriander, dried cilantro, salt and pepper on the pork tenderloins (sear them first on the stove - about 2 minutes per side in bacon fat) over a bed of parsnips, a segmented orange, ΒΌ cup of pomegranate arils, two onions and I tossed in a couple of Brussel sprouts for some green.   375 oven for about 30 minutes, then take out the pork tenderloins and let them rest and cook the parnips a while longer until they soften.
