  • 1 stalk celery (minced)
  • 4 oz sliced water chestnuts (julienned)

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 3 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot chili sauce
  • 2 packages lumpia or egg roll wrappers (enough to yield approx. 40 to 45 Lumpia)
