  • 60 grams (½ cup) all-purpose flour
  • 67 grams (⅓ cup) dark brown sugar
  • 30 grams (¼ cup) rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt (use half as much table salt)
