Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Steps
- In bowl of food processor or blender, combine chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and tahini. Purée until smooth. If necessary, add a bit of water to bring it to a smooth consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and stir in chopped parsley, if desired.
