  • ½ cup (118mL) vegetable or canola oil
  • 4 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (227g) sour cream
  • 1 cup (237mL) milk, room temperature

  • 6 oz raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice (½ large lemon)
  • ½ Tbsp (5g) cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp (25g) granulated sugar
  • Tiny pinch of fine sea salt
  • subheading: White Chocolate Buttercream:
  • 4 large (120g) egg whites, room temperature
  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 1 cup (227g) unsalted butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup (6oz) white chocolate chips, melted and cooled
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
