Baked Lemon Dill Haddock

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs haddock or any white fish
  • 1 Tbsp ghee
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill/ 1 tsp dried dill
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
Steps
  1. 1.  Preheat oven to 350*
  2. 2.  Place foil on baking sheet. Line fillets on pan drizzle melted ghee over top.
  3. 3.  Sprinkle fillets with dill, salt and pepper. Pour lemon juice over fillets and cover baking sheet with secon piec of foil. Bake fish 15 to 20 mins.
