Adventure Energy Bars
Ingredients
  • These shelf stable, high energy and healthy Energy bars are perfect for your next adventure, whether it be a hunting trip, a family hike or just a snack for a busy day in the garden, they will be sure to keep your blood sugar levels stable and your energy high.
  • Elissa's Adventure Energy Bars
  • 1.25 Cups Peanut Butter (One and a quarter cups or 375g)
  • ½ Cup raw Honey
  • Melt ingredient together and mix well
  • ¾ cup shredded Coconut
  • 1/6 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/6 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/6 cup Flax seeds
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • Mix well
  • 2.5 cups rolled Oats (Two and a half cups)
