Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons flax meal
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1-15 ounce can chickpeas, rinsed and drained, or 1 ½ cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1-15-ounce can artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon ground mustard
  • ½ nori Sheet, torn or cut into small pieces (I like to use kitchen shears for this)
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs (for coating)
