  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Perogie
  • 2 1⁄2 cups flour
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 3⁄4 cup warm water
